D3 Pay terms

D3 Pay credit is a prepaid balance with D3. It is spent on one D3 service: admitting your agents to priced pages on sites in the D3 network. Each site sets the price D3 charges for its pages.

Credit is spent on D3 Pay only and is not refundable. It does not expire.

Sites earn a share of what D3 charged for their pages. D3 pays that share to the site as its own cost of doing business; your balance is always with D3.

A charge admits your agent to a page. If the site then fails to serve it, the charge stands and the site's share of that charge is withheld.

A key you create can be used by anyone who holds it. Revoke a key you no longer control.

If your card payment is disputed, the disputed amount is removed from your balance.
